Whole-Home Renovation in Issaquah

Before & After

The Challenge
A 2003 Issaquah Highlands home purchased as a flip candidate had original carpet throughout, a builder-grade kitchen with laminate counters and standard appliances, two bathrooms in original builder condition, and a master suite with an undersized closet. The new owners — a couple with a 2-year-old and renovation experience — wanted a complete update before moving in.
Our Solution
Repair Point delivered a fully managed renovation, coordinating all trades while the homeowners' lease ran its course. Existing carpet and vinyl were removed and replaced with 8mm Pergo Elements vinyl plank throughout (4,100 sq ft total). The kitchen received semi-custom cabinetry, Calacatta quartz countertops, new Samsung appliance suite, and a tile backsplash. Both bathrooms were gutted — primary bath received a walk-in shower with built-in niche and heated floor; guest bath was reconfigured for a double vanity. The master closet was expanded by reclaiming adjacent hallway space. All interior paint was updated to a consistent neutral palette. The project closed two weeks ahead of schedule.
